Terms and Conditions:

Agreement Policy:
When booking any session a written agreement is signed by both the client and the Photographer to protect and ensure the client’s date and products. This is also done to prevent double booking. A deposit is required at that time to secure the date.
Your date cannot be saved without a required deposit.

Customer Satisfaction guarantee:
It is my number one goal to satisfy my clients. If you do not feel that you are more than satisfied with your photographs, we will re-shoot at no additional charge to you.

Payment:
Accepted forms of payment are personal check or cash.

Portrait deposits:
Fifty percent of the session fee is required at time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon receipt of your photographs (proofs) and or any other products purchased.

***Portrait cancellations must be made at least five business days prior to a scheduled booking in order to receive a full refund of your deposit, otherwise, we will just reschedule and your deposit will be held and applied toward the next available date. As a mother of two I do understand that things may happen at the last minute and emergencies cannot be controlled. However, if it is in your power to make the scheduled session please make it. I make my arrangements around my young children, family and babysitters just like most of you do, so please respect my time as I respect yours.

Reprints:
When ordering reprints a deposit of half of the total price is due at that time to place the order. The remaining balance will then be due upon receipt of all photos.
*(All orders take at least two weeks to process. All orders are final.)
***For any long-distance clients who are ordering reprints. The total balance is due when you place the order, so that your order can then be mailed to you immediately.
*Shipping or postage fees may apply for orders over one ounce in weight.

Wedding/Event deposits:
One half deposit of the total balance is required to book your Wedding date when you choose the Standard Wedding Package.
One third (of the total fee) is required at time of booking as a deposit with all other packages that include Bridal or Engagement Sessions.
Then the next one third will be due at the time we begin the Bridals or Engagement sessions.
Then the remaining balance is then due upon receipt of your Wedding album. (This payment schedule is done as a courtesy for the client---to not have to pay the entire balance all at one time. However, if it is more convenient to pay the total all at one time that is fine.)

***Wedding/Event cancellations:
Wedding deposits are non-refundable.
When you book a Wedding your deposit ensures the Photographer's availability for your date.
In the unfortunate event that a Wedding is cancelled please understand that your deposit will not be refunded due to the fact that the Photographer was refusing other work for that date.

*Wedding Packages begin at $950.00.
*Event Packages begin at $350.00.

Copyright Release:
When a copyright release and (CD of all proofs) is purchased---- the client will then own the rights--- and will be able to then reproduce their own photos legally without the assistance or further permission from the Photographer.

***Therefore, the digital negatives then become the responsibility of the client. However, at any time if the client still wishes to have the Photographer reproduce the photos the traditional reprint prices will apply.

Copyright release for 25-150 images….$250.00
Copyright release for Weddings/Events…….$450.00
